At KiddiePro, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our products are custom-made, and we print our designs in-house to ensure the highest quality standards. Therefore, we accept returns only in the event of mistakes on our part, such as incorrect sizes, prints, or colors. Returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us through our shop chat or email us at hello@kiddiepro.com to initiate your return. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you encounter an error on our part, kindly reach out to our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly assist you in resolving the issue. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error. In such instances, we will issue a refund or send a replacement item at no extra cost to you.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks once we have received the return parcel. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
