- For orders within Canada, we use Canadapost standard lettermail, which usually takes 10-12 business days for delivery and there is no tracking on standard lettermail. For orders within the USA, we use USPS and delivery typically takes 6-8 business day and tracking is included.
3. Do you offer expedited shipping?
- Yes, we offer expedited shipping upgrades for customers within Canada. This option typically takes 5-8 business days for delivery including tracking number, and additional fees apply.
4. What is your return policy?
- We accept returns on unworn and unwashed merchandise within 14 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. If you believe a mistake has been made on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy below.
5. What is your refund policy?
- Refunds are issued for returned items that meet our return criteria. Please note that shipping costs are excluded from refunds.
