At KiddiePro, your satisfaction is our top priority. All of our products are custom-made, and we print our designs in-house to maintain the highest quality standards.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unopened merchandise within 14 days of receipt. If you believe there was an error with your order—such as incorrect sizing, print, or color—please contact us through our shop chat or email us at hello@kiddiepro.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following:

  • Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • In the case of an error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping and offer either a full refund or a replacement item at no extra cost.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks once we have received the return parcel. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
